Living with food allergies definitely requires adjustments. When we first found out our son (4 yrs ago) had 20+ food allergies, I was completely overwhelmed and quite honestly wasn't sure how or what to eat.
He has outgrown some allergens and these posts are mostly going to be a daily update of "What's for Lunch." He currently is allergic to and we avoid:
DAIRY, NUTS, EGGS, PEANUTS, WHEAT, SHELLFISH

ninja pancake
I bought frozen pancakes that are allergy friendly and he totally disliked them. 4 months down the road, I made the same pancakes but made them look like a Ninjago ninja and he scarfed it down
