Living with food allergies definitely requires adjustments. When we first found out our son (4 yrs ago) had 20+ food allergies, I was completely overwhelmed and quite honestly wasn't sure how or what to eat.
He has outgrown some allergens and these posts are mostly going to be a daily update of "What's for Lunch." He currently is allergic to and we avoid:
DAIRY, NUTS, EGGS, PEANUTS, WHEAT, SHELLFISH

Vegan cream cheese on GF bread
Trying to mix things up a bit and it was well received!
Vegan cream cheese
(Daiya and Tofutti both make versions, we like both, I try to get daiya to stay soy free)
