Living with food allergies definitely requires adjustments. When we first found out our son (4 yrs ago) had 20+ food allergies, I was completely overwhelmed and quite honestly wasn't sure how or what to eat. He has outgrown some allergens and these posts are mostly going to be a daily update of "What's for Lunch." He currently is allergic to and we avoid: DAIRY, NUTS, EGGS, PEANUTS, WHEAT, SHELLFISH

Day 1 lunch
Smoreables Graham style crackers with sun butter and jelly. Soy yogurt with Enjoy Life choc chips (yep my son pours that into his yogurt), frozen corn (which tastes nice and cool by the time lunch rolls around).
