Living with food allergies definitely requires adjustments. When we first found out our son (4 yrs ago) had 20+ food allergies, I was completely overwhelmed and quite honestly wasn't sure how or what to eat.
He has outgrown some allergens and these posts are mostly going to be a daily update of "What's for Lunch." He currently is allergic to and we avoid:
DAIRY, NUTS, EGGS, PEANUTS, WHEAT, SHELLFISH

Monday lunch
GF crackers w soy cream cheese and lunch meat "sandwiches" tortilla chips, enjoy life brand cookie, blackberries, fruit cup and juice box.
